Introducing Client Conversation Audit: find the next step in your WhatsApp client chat

The proposal is in the chat. So are the questions about revisions, the promised timeline, and a message saying someone else needs to approve the budget. Before your next follow-up, you need to put those pieces together.

Client Conversation Audit is available in Le Confidant as a paid beta. It turns a WhatsApp conversation with a client or prospect into a briefing: what remains unresolved, which commitments need attention, and a suggested next action supported by the messages.

It is designed for freelancers, consultants, and small agencies who sell or deliver work through WhatsApp.

What the audit gives you

  • An executive brief: the strongest positive signal, the main obstacle, and a recommended next action.
  • A commitment ledger: who promised what, any stated deadline, and whether the conversation shows it as completed, open, or unclear.
  • Unanswered questions and objections: including concerns about budget, timing, approval, or scope.
  • A conversation timeline: key developments and changes supported by the thread.
  • Three response drafts: diplomatic, direct, and escalation options that you can copy and adapt before sending.

Findings include supporting excerpts and confidence information. You can also ask Le Confidant follow-up questions about the report during your session.

A fictional example: a proposal waiting for a decision

In our fictional agency-client example, the client likes the plan but needs a business partner to approve the budget. They ask twice whether a second revision is included. The original proposal mentions one revision round.

The audit identifies the repeated question and the outstanding approval. It describes the extra revision as potential scope expansion: without the contract, it cannot decide what the client is entitled to.

The client has also agreed to a call, and the agency has promised to send an invitation. A useful next action is to send that invitation, clarify the revisions and budget priorities on the call, and then confirm the updated timing.

That is a concrete follow-up grounded in the exchange. A slow reply alone would not establish whether the client intends to buy or leave.

This example is fictional, not a customer testimonial or a promise about your results.

How to try it

  1. Export your WhatsApp conversation and open Le Confidant.
  2. Upload the .txt or .zip export and choose participant aliases before confirming the upload.
  3. Open the Advanced offer from your analysis and select the Client Conversation Audit.
  4. Provide your role, the type of client, your desired outcome, and an optional deadline.
  5. Complete payment, then explore the audit and ask follow-up questions.

As of October 20, 2026, the founding beta costs US$5 for one conversation, with three days of access from confirmed purchase. It is a one-time payment through PayPal, with no subscription or account required. Check the price shown at checkout before paying.

What to keep in mind

The audit reviews the conversation you provide. Calls, agreements elsewhere, and missing messages may change the interpretation. Review the evidence and adapt any draft to the facts before using it.

Participant names are replaced before upload on a best-effort basis; other identifying details may remain. The chat is uploaded for analysis and processed by AI providers. Only upload conversations you are authorized to share.

Session access ends after the purchased window. Physical deletion is a separate process: scheduled cleanup removes session content, while payment records and some provider copies may remain as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion sooner from the session.

Help shape the beta

Try it on a client conversation where you have a specific next step to prepare. Then tell us whether it found an overlooked question, clarified a commitment, or helped you write a useful response.

Use the Support button or contact us. You can describe what worked or was missing without sending us the conversation.

Start with your chat, then choose Client Conversation Audit from the Advanced offer.
